Position Purpose
· Develop business strategies and partnering with main retail companies in LATAM countries.
Responsibilities
· Retail channel expert, including merchandising and category management
· Able to understand retail in the different countries, identifying similarities and differences in order to develop regional solutions that show potential for the local markets.
· Show the ability to identify the decision making process within the key retailers, among different countries, and develops strong relationships required to sell the solution to the appropriate decision maker.
· Understands the retail needs, strategies and overall mechanics, in order to develop in-store solutions that are relevant to the retailer and the manufacturer goals
· Identifies the opportunity, develops the solution leveraging on global CHEP product offerings, that can have a local applicability, assess the potential and develops a solid plan recommendation
· Develops new products launching plan, including all the marketing plan, sales tools, execution and communication plan.
Qualifications
Essential:
· University degree in Marketing or similar
· Developing digital marketing strategies in B2B companies, with a consumer goods focus
· Management experience
· Good understanding of Supply Chain, Consumer Goods and Retail strategies
· Identification of Key Players and negotiation with them, (retail and consumer goods clients) will be required
· Adaptable to different cultures and ways of working
· Implementation of new business verticals
· Strong negotiation skills, that can sell a solution to the retailer, and manufacturer
· Category Management and trade merchandising expertise
· Strong communication skills, to assertively communicate to various levels of management both, at the retailer, and the manufacturer.
· Analytical skills required to identify opportunities in trends and data bases, identifying replicability of solutions offered in other countries.
· Availability to travel

· Experience in a logistics company
