The Key Account Manager (Sr) is responsible for achieving the sales budget of the group of clients under it responsibility, developing the business plan for each of them, according of their channel objectives and regarding to the Marketing strategy, adapting to his/her clients. It will be responsible of the correct management of inventories, credit & collections and investments at their clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a University degree and will have at least 4-8 years sales experience, pharmaceutical OTC or / and FCG company desirable, RX is an added. Requires ability to manage high-level presentations and negotiations with owners, and directors of key customers. Must be highly analytical to develop high impact commercial actions. Individual should be able to work under pressure always oriented towards achieving results. Should be expert at Microsoft office, desirable bilingual.
Development and execution of Annual business plan of their clients to achieve objectives.
Development, with Trade Marketing the business annual plan of their clients planning activities to support the reach of objectives.
Coordinate and Support the Operations Field Force manager and their team to assure the correct communication and execution of plan developed.
Develop innovative sales proposals in order to consolidate the Leadership of the organization at their clients.
To coordinate, prepare and execute, at least trimestral top to top meetings between the organization & main clients
Maintain adequate inventory levels and a good quality of credit & collections KPIs in his /her clients.
