? Would be responsible for the day-to- day management of a hotel and its staff.
? Planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, with special emphasis in front-of- house (reception,
concierge, reservations, customer relations), and housekeeping.
? While taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits, the manager must also pay attention
to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guests'

? At least 3 year experience within the hotel industry in Hotel Management.
? 100% English superior written and oral communication skills.
? Very knowledgeable with Microsoft programs (excel, word, outlook)
? Experience with controls and budgeting
? Skillful in project planning/tasks and able to prioritize
? Reliable transportation to come to work in different shifts
? Look and feel: sportive, socially engaged, passionate, easy communicator, convincing and representative
