Multi-brand global company, leader in the apparel business is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Temporal)
This position is responsible for assuring high quality customer service by resolving product/service problems, providing product information and processing product orders.
Educational/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
+2 years of CS prior experience in retail
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish/English)
- Previous experience with SAP required
- Ability to troubleshoot, make decisions and work under pressure
- Personal computer skills
Special Requirements:
- Willing and able to work additional hours when needed.
- May require extensive sitting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process product orders and provide prompt and efficient response and resolution to all customers’ requests.
- Assist customers, sales reps, and management with inquiries or issues concerning orders.
- Analyze, review, and process customer's request for return authorization and credits
- Maintain effective communication with customers to provide on-going information flow to ensure accurate billings and shipments.
- Provide technical and/or product information as required to respond to customers’ inquiries.
