Key Accountabilities
•Support on the Recruitment and Selection process
•Create recruitment synergies with TA Manager to ensure the best recruitment and selection process for internal and external candidates and hiring managers.
•Collect processes and maintain, update data of internal and external candidates in Job Watch and staffing data bases.
•Support on screening interview, pre selection and selection process of assigned vacancies.
•Actualize vacancies on job boards (Job Watch , LinkedIn , OCC , Bumeran)
•Support on the coordination of external events, College Recruitment , job fairs, workshops and conferences
What skills you need to be as TA Coordinator?
•1 year of experience in Recruitment or HR Administrative role
•Knowledge and experience of sourcing.
•Knowledge on behavior interview process.
•Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
•Advanced English (Essential)
