Bacherlor in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field required
Fluent in English
Certification APICS preferred
Extensive knowledge in SAP (super user)
Experience in Warehouse, Supply Chain or Logistics
Extensive understanding of Food Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and a broad understanding of Finance.
Extensive knowledge in developing solutions of high level problems impacting customers, suppliers, and organizational profitability.
High level of negotiation skills, strong communication & ability to influence supply chain practices to industry associations and customers.
Functions
Develops and manages processes to support warehouse and others supply chain areas
Develops policies and procedures that allow for the execution against the demand statement in the ERP system
Serves as focal point between business unit and manufacturing area
Manages inventory programs to include: Slow moving and Obsolete inventory (SLOB), Potential Liabilities and Inventory Turnover and improves processes through implementation of best practices.
Supervision of staff that performs all supply planning activities including capacity analysis, material constraint analysis, tactical planning and scheduling functions.
