Essential Functions
- Work Collaboratively with a team of Awareness Advisors and application owners of enterprise-wide knowledge tools and capabilities, to define implementation requirements and options.
- Help maintain EY Knowledge´s deployment methodology and approach for enterprisewide tools, based ond the firm´s vision.
- Establish relationships with Global Learning &Development leaders in order to embed and integrate knowledge behaviors and messages into organization wide learning programs and milestone events.
- Analyze deployment plan effectiveness to identify trends and use this data to further enhance processes, methods, plans and determine future actions as needed.
- Partner with Area Awareness & Adoption teams to develop and deliver a variety of instructor-led training, coaching and eLearning.
Knowledge and skills requirements:
- Demostrated ability to deliver large and complex organization-wide deployments
- Good understanding and how to implement new knowledge tools and capabilities on a goal scale
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal and written communications skills
- Developing strategic-thinking skills, networking and relationship-building skills to build and maintain productive, collaborative relationships.
- Able to apply insights gained through participating in change management programs
- Understanding of implementing business changes, appreciation of change management priciples and concepts and psoitive approach to change.
- Ability to work with a global mindset and operate effectively across the globe.
- Good coaching, mentoring, negotiating and listening skills.
Requirements:
· Advanced language in English
· Degree in administration, International Relation, Pedagogy
