Contribute toward and Execute against the sales strategy, managing and developing key Client relationships to maximize Cisco wallet-share and profitability. Driving to exceed team goals as well as hitting personal targets, contributing to overall profitability, success and positive image of Cisco in the marketplace. Provide vision and leadership to in-country teams, enhance sales team productivity through strong leadership and productivity enhancements Leads major cross-functional projects affecting Cisco business, product, or service leadership, articulate productThe TeamWill be working directly with the Presales engineering team, the Services Account Manager and the different products specialists as well as Cisco Capital team.Will be working together with Cisco Partners to create value to customerWill create strong relationship with customer to position Cisco as the best option in IT.Role & RosponsibilitiesWill be responsible for managing outcome-based client relationships with the client.Implement the sales strategy to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded in marketplace.Interface with key Cisco extended team resources (ex. Advanced Services and Advanced Technology), and direct activities within the client as appropriateDevelop and maintain relationships with business partners and manufacturers as per the clients’ overall solution architectureMaintain a high-profile, professional Cisco presence through business value creation and solutions oriented selling.Control costs to ensure that expenditure is being managed in line with budgetsDevelop and deliver accurate short and long term sales forecasts in line with business objectivesMinimum Qualifications? Education to degree level? Formal training in sales techniques? Demonstrable track record of successful sales.? Experience of the Voice / Data / Networking technologies? Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions to executive management.? Ability to manage critical situations with customer – Customer Oriented.?
