Descripcion:The core function of Marketing Research is to build the customer intelligence and tools to understand who our customer is and deliver the right message at the right time, via the most effective channel. This individual will own a cohesive roadmap and priorities across Growth Marketing, along with communicating and aligning across other research teams at Uber. They are responsible for building the foundations for a global marketing research organization.The role serves as a critical link between marketing and leadership, helping to provide insights that can shape our roadmap and marketing direction, as well as helping to ensure that everyone knows who are customers are from both the rider and driver side. The ability to synthesize and communicate insights to the team is also paramount.Going into 2016, the Research Team will be involved in developing insights, segmentation and target audience profiling.
