What we are looking for:

The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for The Tech Zone representative will be in charge of the procurement of all Hardware purchases for all Tech-Zone stores.

What you will responsible of:

• Create, update & discontinue SKU’s from the catalog on a recurring basis.
• Sourcing, quoting, pricing providing best cost considering time & product availability.
• Full sales & purchase order lifecycle from order creation, allocation, and closure.
• Proactively update and provide product alternatives on End of life product.
• Maintain, update lead times on shipments to set customer expectations & ensure deliveries.
• Work alongside AP on PO and invoices reconciliation for costs and item qty.
• Maintain inventory availability in CompuCom warehouse.
• Knowledge of pricing programs from original equipment manufacturers (HPE, HPI, Apple, Lenovo, Dell).

 What we need from you:

• Advanced English Skills both written and spoken.
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred.
• Experience managing either multiple accounts or very large accounts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people at all levels within the organization to ensure effective communication and problem solving.
• Detail oriented with effective time management, organizational and problem solving skills.
• High responsibility sense.
