This position requires extensive field and marketing experience with proven strengths in team leadership and budget management, as well as a strong understanding of current marketing trends and drivers in the telecom mobile industry. Functional discipline knowledge must include brand, demand generation, advertising, communications, marketing analytics, digital marketing: web & online, program development and execution
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Conduct detailed competitive analysis of target market, Mobil and direct selling industry in order to translate findings into compelling marketing messages and material.
-Collaborate to develop annual business and marketing plans for relevant categories of responsibility with appropriate objectives, strategies, programs, tactics and rationale. Innovation and creativity in marketing strategy with close alignment with sales.
- Manage and coordinate efforts of functional groups on key initiatives, exercising sound judgment when providing direction to these project teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of key business and marketing activities related to positioning, product development, packaging, pricing, promotion and advertising including social media, market research plus cost savings and productivity initiatives.
- Develop new product, product improvement and holiday/seasonal recommendations based on consumer learning, competitive and internal sales trends and manufacturing opportunity.
-Establish marketing and promotional expenditures and set up controls to maintain financial commitments working closely with Financial Management. Includes post program results evaluation and forward recommendations.
- Lead and influence senior level leaders across the corporation to accomplish go-to-market operations objectives. Work closely with all sales teams as an advisor and collaborator, defining go to market strategies, and subsequently supporting these strategies with effective and measurable marketing programs.

Excellent persuasive communication skills written, verbal and presentation
Ability to multi-task, organize time and lead groups
Strong understanding of business planning and strategy, marketing principles, analysis, promotions, budgeting, project management
Demonstrating a creative can do attitude in a rapid–changing resource constrained environment
Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to generate business insights from diverse data sources
Self-starter with proven ability to manage complexity and problem-solve
Computer skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and other software/ applications
