Today there is increased pressure on HR departments to be more efficient by leveraging the organization’s talents, driving profitability and creating meaningful change - all amid budget cuts and hiring freezes. We are currently seeking a Manager for our People Advisory Services – HR performance improvement position to participate in multiple and challenging domestic and global engagements across a diverse client base. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain meaningful exposure to our business and learn as an integral member of our client services teams.
People Advisory Services– Performance professionals assist clients in successfully advancing the organizational performance of the company through its people. We work with HR executives and CFOs, CIOs, and Business Unit leaders…to assist existing HR functions develop relevant, meaningful business programs and processes that push the performance of the institution.
We don’t just take a classic HR approach to this – we work to arm our clients with facts, in the form of performance measures, to drive real, sustainable improvement within their companies. This includes the development of people analytics and models that tie strongly to business performance objectives; the development and implementation of workforce planning models tied to those metrics; talent strategies and the related development of buy/build/deploy plans, rooted in competency models and informed by workforce development objectives, to meet our clients’ future competitive requirements. In so doing, we help our clients to win in the marketplace with the right skills and behaviors, at the right distribution, and the right cost structure.
