We are VF, a multi-brand global company, looking for a Human Resources Generalist for our Distribution Center.
This position is responsible for supporting all HR processes for assigned location (Cuautitlán Izcalli) including employee relations, policy implementation, recruitment, training, events and reporting of information.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management related fields.
Experience:
3 – 5 years Human Resources experience.
*Manufacturing or warehouse HR experience is highly preferred.
Skills:
- Strong bilingual communication skills.
- Ability to proactively plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to analyze and interpret policies, procedures and other business practices, guidelines and documents.
- Proficient PC skills (Intermediate-Advanced MS Excel skills).
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates recruiting process including creating job descriptions, job fairs, temporary agencies and onboarding process.
- Manages exit process and controls changes in personnel management like new hires, rehires, terminations, suspensions, promotions and transfers in HR database systems.
- Responsible for coordinating workers’ compensation, payroll and employee benefits.
- Provides guidance and training to supervisory staff regarding personnel policies and keeps abreast of labor law relating to provide support with employee relations.
