Descripcion:What You'll DoAs a Finance Manager - AS Finance you will be in a high exposure role supporting the GSP services business, providing strategic business support while setting expectations and driving greater accountability. You will have the unique opportunity to manage a full P&L with revenue, COGS, and margin responsibilities. These activities include monthly & quarterly forecast, annual planning, and long range planning with input on key business drivers, issues, and trends.Responsibilities include:? Combine the ability to support day-to-day operations while partnering with business stakeholders to drive business performance. Candidate will engage regularly with GSP Regional Leader(s), Delivery teams, Regional Finance teams, Corporate Revenue, Commercial Finance, and Operations.? Manage, influence, and evolve bookings, revenue, and profitability forecast models utilizing inputs from cross functional partners. Manage the associated planning models and assumptions on forecast drivers to provide business insight for both revenue and COGS.? Lead and ensure excellence through execution and focus on leadership development consistent with C-LEAD & finance cultural mantras.? Eagerness to influence change across broad areas of Cisco by working with and potentially leading key initiatives.? Help build world-class FP&A operating process and efficient reporting structures to support the new AS operating model and overall corporate processes. Develop and implement standardized monthly reporting for each delivery area, financial metrics, and commentary. Drive expense and headcount management within the region inclusive of planning, approval, tracking, and accruals.? Provide robust analytics to track financial performance and provide advisory support to leadership on strategic decisions and execution of key business goals and initiatives.? Ensure compliance in all aspects of the business.Who You'll Work WithYou will be a member of Advanced Services Finance, an organization within Sales and Services Finance (SSF.) This is a dynamic and impactful team supporting the AS organization and its current transformation. The AS Finance team plays a vital role in Cisco's business growth and profitability of our services business serving as a key advisor to our delivery business partners.Who You AreYou are a motivated, driven Finance Manager with a broad base of business knowledge, Cisco knowledge and finance experience. You will be part of the broad finance organization and while a finance background is not a strict requirement, it is critical to be successful in the role.Minimum Requirements:You should hold a Business-related degree or other Finance qualifications, coupled with substantial experience (5-7 years) in a large multinational corporate environment with exposure to various financial and/or commercial disciplines, preferably Sales or Services and/or come from a BU/R&D background. Very strong financial skills coupled with industry-specific knowledge of key business trends. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence. Advanced Excel Skills required. Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to shift priorities in a highly dynamic environment.Desired Skills:? MBA/CPA? Experience with Cisco Finance applications including Plan-It, SI2000, and Hyperion EssbaseFinance, MBA, CPA, Accounting, Business, Services, GSP, Excel, CFA?
