Primary responsibilities of the Customer Scheduler are related to the Supports logistics processes, activities, and customers for all modes of transportation based in our Manufacturing Complex in Silao, Guanajuato, México.

Your main accountabilities will be to: • Generates and analyzes reports of transportation costs and carrier performance. Plans and tracks lead times
including compliance with C-TPAT regulations.

• Assists in the development of process flows to track lead time by activity and identify opportunities to

reduce lead times.

• Implements and maintains monitoring systems to provide information on shipment status, shipped date,

in transit location, estimated arrival date, and actual delivery date.

• Identifies opportunities for improvements including cost, quality, and service of customer needs and issues.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in similar roles (Master planner, supplier scheduler, planning scheduler, etc). desired in manufacturing tier 1 companies (Automotive), or in other industries.
• We look for candidates who have accuracy and attention to details, decision quality and planning competencies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English
• MS Office proficient, Excel expert
• Experience managing an ERP system
