Descripcion:Job SummaryThe Apple Premium Reseller Channel (APR) is critical to the success of Apple in Mexico. This route to market offers our consumers the opportunity to touch and try our latest products in beautifully designed third party stores across the country.The role of the APR Manager is being responsible for the controlled APR coverage expansion across Mexico. Additionally this role will develop new initiatives and sales programs that drive productivity at existing locations, working hand in hand with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, marketing, training and operations. This role is in charge of managing our quarterly planning cycles end to end.The position demands the understanding of the opportunities and limitations offered by the diverse regional environments. It will require constant and close communication with local direct team and peers as well as regional teams, external vendors and partners to be successful.DescriptionCore responsibilities include but are not limited to:• Project Management- Manage and maintain all ongoing projects in the region, as well as ensuring that all milestones are met.- Ensure the highest quality in all of the elements involved in these projects implementation so that we deliver and establish the benchmark in customer experience.- Create and manage templates for accurate quarterly forecasting as well as having organized communication to identify any variation from the targets and implement proactive actions to bring it back on track.- Ensure reporting accuracy through out the team and establish a weekly/monthly meeting agenda to communicate these numbers and performance of the KPI’s, mostly with other channel groups.- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and databases.- Assist in the planning and coordination of Meetings and team Summits, this includes setting Agendas, managing logistics, and budgets, which are vital to new business development opportunities.• Apple Premium Reseller Operations- Manage channel compensation, ensuring that partners are executing according to program guidelines and sales targets.- Authorizing new stores via store audit process.- Developing new and enhancing existing store audit and compliance tools.- Managing and maintaining APR coverage pipeline and expansion templates.- Managing material bulk purchases of with Cupertino based CSP teams and Finance.- Supporting APR contract amendments and driving contract adoption across region.- Managing regional store opening pipeline and refits.- Supporting APR product launch and merchandizing updates in partnership with marketing.• Apple Premium Reseller Sales Planning- Ensure the development of IT tools and databases that support the program are installed and operational.- Establish the set of KPI’s, which will be monitored and implemented in the various countries, understanding the different challenges and metrics for their correct measurement.- Competitors' insights across the region.- Partner with Training team on defining training strategy as well as developing and sharing training materials that support the program.- Ensure excellent program execution.- Track, evaluate and measure deployment and performance.• Typical internal interaction Partners:- Country Program, Field Marketing and Sales teams.- Regional Marcom.- Training team.- APR Partners.- Regional Sales Team.EducationMBA or equivalent graduate degree required.- Fluency in English and Spanish.
