Descripcion:Strategic Account Manager for Mexico, Caribbean and Central America Sales Center to drive revenue and new sales growth with emphasis on Strategic Services. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible to retain and grow strategically valuable level 1 and 2 accounts (US and Non-US MNCs) who have decision makers and or influencers in the Latin America region.Roles and Responsibilities:The Strategic Account Manager manages the AT&T commercial relationship with a set of defined clients and utilizes both short and long-range marketing strategies to drive the engagement, grow revenues and maintain client satisfaction. The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for generating new sales by building relationships and creating new demands on a global and/or regional basis. Most contacts with the client happen at Telecom Director, CIO or VP Procurement level. Mainly focusing on the clients where there is an existing relationship, the Strategic Account Manager grows the revenue base by selling core, strategic and mobility services. The focus is primarily to build on core services and to develop revenue streams in strategic services, including but not limited to Cloud Based Services, Unified Communications, Security and IoT. Focus for this module should be on building Finance or Retail specific marketing programs and focused vertical targeting.Key Competencies and Skills:Customer facing account management/sales skills* Ability to handle a portfolio of strategic accounts/customer relationships* Ability to lead the sales of complex, custom solutionsEngineering graduate with MBA/PGDBM qualifications preferredMinimum experience of 10 years in the relevant field
