You will be the link between them by delivering the message as accurate as possible in order for them to have an effective communication during the call.Our perfect candidate has the following traits:- An in depth knowledge and understanding of both English and Spanish languages- Professional approach.- Have strong communication skills (active listening and good retention skills).- Polite, respectful and tactful.- Be able to relate well to people.- Have good judgment
