The analyst is responsible for administration and maintenance of our mission-critical (24x7) SharePoint Environment serving our Finance department. The analyst maintains system support, troubleshoots user issues, produces reports for management and ensures and maintains data quality. The analyst also oversees the finance portfolio performance metrics and acts as an escalation point for project managers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Administration of Existing and Finance systems based on SharePoint 2010 & 2013 Environments
• Experience with MS Access 2013 and Advance Excel 2013 skills including excellent Pivot table skills
• Support L1 & L2 system and process tickets.

• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently

Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Typically 5 years’ experience.
Manage the helpdesk queue by ensuring tickets are properly resolved.
Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all levels; strong interpersonal skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to accurately handle detail, and persistently manage an issue through resolution.
Excellent time management, issue management, and prioritization skills required.
Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
Strong aptitude in process design and project management methodologies.
Ability to communicate problems with supervisors as they become known.

Education and Experience Required:
· First level university degree with a focus in finance, engineering or computer science; advanced degree preferred.
· Typically up to 5 years of experience.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
· Strong SharePoint, PowerPoint and Advance Excel expertise.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders.
· Expert analytical skills and the ability to synthesize change quickly using advanced subject and process knowledge.
· Expert understanding of accounting principals.
· Expert portfolio management skills for running large, complex portfolios.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize
· Ability to generate original ideas and to bring about their implementation.
