Descripcion:Work Content & ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support- Provides overall administrative support to a Level 4 including arranging meetings and appointments, correspondence review and responses, calendar management, administrative processing, purchasing needs, and travel arrangements.- Prepares and maintains reports, contact lists, presentations, agendas and other documents / files.- Establishes and maintains administrative standards and work methods to support the organization.- May involve high level contacts and exposure to sensitive information necessitating considerable use of tact and diplomacy- Interacts with executive, administrative and line management personnel, external customers and vendors.- Produces correspondence, presentations, and reports using a variety of computer software. Prioritizes assignments and tasks under general direction.- May perform a variety of administrative duties such as processing bills, vouchers, requests, payroll, personnel, and budgets.- May coordinate requests for workspace, service, and office equipment and other programs such as charitable campaigns, employee recognition and records retention.- Provides guidance to others in the organization regarding administrative practices.- May be responsible for ongoing administrative oversight of operations on behalf of the executive including attending meetings, taking minutes, planning customer or employee events, making travel arrangements, budget tracking, etc.- May perform work on special projects involving research, compiling and analyzing data, determining approach, and preparing reports.Roles and Responsibilities:Other-- Contribute to a high-energy, dynamic, positively competitive environment.- Performs other duties as assigned by management.- Satisfactory performance and attendance.Key Competencies and Skills:Key- English Proficiency - (Defined minimum fluency level – Minimum Advanced Low) - Read/Write/Speak- PC Literacy - Proficiency with PC Operation and Data Entry- Customer Relations - Passion for identifying and resolving customer issues- Strong people skills – friendly, empathetic, good listener, team player- Strong communication skills - articulate, engaging- Dynamic - Positive energy and adaptable to different work, work schedule, and work environments.- Strong interest in technology and adaptability to learn about new products and services- Displays great interest and enthusiasm around AT&T products.
