We are looking for a labor relations expert for our Seating division
This is role general scope:
Execute Labor relations activities for Just in Time group in Mexico, supporting HR Operations through Northern and Central Mexico; supporting a total of 11 facilities and more than 6000 employees. The main objective for the position is to accomplish the HR Initiatives implementations (Labor Relations, Internal Control and Lear Brand employer of choice); embrace reach 4 greatness vision through Efficiency, Quality, Leadership and Innovation in all processes.
Role requirements:
Lawyer or BA preferred, a 4+ year’s college degree in a related area is required
Looking for a seasoned bilingual professional bringing 5+ years of increasing responsibility roles within the HR function in a global company – automotive manufacturing preferred.
Previous experience as HR manager for multiple locations highly desirable.
Incumbent must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
